Delivery Policy
We use specialized companies to deliver orders both inside and outside the city of Riyadh.
If the specified address is reached and we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. Roamane is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within 14 days from the order date.
💡 Important Note: Please ensure you answer calls made to your mobile phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery time with you. Please note that official working days are Sunday through Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays, official holidays, or public holidays.
