Proof of Non-Benefit (Photos): You must provide proof of your condition with a "before use" photo and an "after use" photo. The date the photos were taken must be clearly visible and shown through your mobile phone's camera roll/album.

Exclusive Use: Your usage must be strictly limited to "Romen Shampoo" only throughout this period, without mixing it or using it concurrently with any other hair products.

Guarantee on First Order Only: This guarantee applies exclusively to the customer's first order from the store. Customers are not entitled to request a refund more than once, and the request will be rejected if a prior refund claim is found on record.

Allergy Disclaimer: We have explicitly and clearly listed all the shampoo's ingredients on the product page. If a customer completes the order, uses the product, and discovers an allergy to an ingredient they failed to read beforehand, this is outside the store's responsibility, and they are not entitled to claim a refund under this guarantee.
