Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy for Roamane

At Roamane, your comfort and complete satisfaction are our top priorities. Because your trust is our ultimate responsibility, we have spent months developing our products and are fully confident in their quality and benefits for all our customers. Based on this confidence, we offer you a clear warranty and an easy, fair return and exchange policy.

Customer Satisfaction Warranty

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will fully refund its value. We even recommend that you continue using it after the refund, as its benefits appear over time. This warranty covers all our products, can be used only once per product, and does not include delivery fees.

Return and Exchange Conditions

You have the right to request a return or an exchange within seven days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition, fully packaged, and unopened. The full amount will be refunded to the same payment method within a few business days.

In the event that the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we assume full responsibility, and the full value will be refunded to you, including delivery fees.

Important Notes

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by us. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons, except for cases covered by the Customer Satisfaction Warranty mentioned above.
